Content policy
The short version
- Fine: your own photo, logo, artwork, brand or campaign image, a short message and a safe link.
- Rejected: anything illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing, violent, deceptive, or artwork you do not have the rights to.
- How long: review normally takes up to 48 hours. Your pixels are yours from the moment payment is verified, even while review is pending.
- Who decides: a Million Frame moderator. If your artwork is rejected we tell you why, and you can upload new artwork free of charge, as many times as you need.
The principle
Million Frame is a single artwork that people of all ages will look at. Your tile can be personal, playful, commercial or artistic — as long as it is safe and lawful for a general audience.
Not allowed
Illegal content of any kind; sexual content, and absolutely never any sexual content involving minors; graphic violence or gore; hate speech, harassment or content attacking people for who they are; content promoting self-harm; malware, phishing or deceptive links; impersonation; and anything you do not own or have permission to use.
Links
Links must point to a page that follows this same policy. We may remove a link that becomes unsafe, misleading or broken after it was approved.
Review
Every image, message and link is reviewed before it appears publicly. Review usually takes a short time; your tile is reserved and paid for regardless of when review completes.
If something is rejected
We will tell you why and you can upload replacement content at no extra cost. Repeated or serious breaches can lead to removal of the tile and suspension of the account without refund.
Reporting
If you see a tile that breaks these rules, report it using the contact details published on this site and include the tile coordinates.
