Privacy policy
What we collect
We collect the email address and display name you provide when you create an account, the content you upload for your tile, and records of your purchases. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
What is public
Your tile, its image or colour, its message, its link and the display name you choose are shown publicly on the canvas. Your email address and payment details are never shown.
Why we use your data
To create and secure your account, to process your purchase, to review uploaded content against our policy, to confirm owner-exclusive Final Edition eligibility, and to contact you about your order or important changes to the service.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run Million Frame: our hosting and database provider, and our payment provider. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Account and purchase records are kept for as long as your tile exists on the artwork and for as long as required for tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Note that deleting your account does not remove a tile that forms part of the completed artwork, though we can anonymise the owner name shown with it.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising trackers.
